WINDSHIELD WEATHERSTRIP
We use EPDM rubber for Windscreen weatherstrip.All Japanese passenger car in the past 20-30 years usually use windshield rubber and we have mould almost every model. WINDSHIELD MOULDING
Windshield moulding extrude profile for most automobile at present. We use high quality rubber for more endure than PVC type. More flexiblility to install the windscreen easily.
DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
Our sponge door seals of varying sections with moulded joints and fastening clips fitted are made both for O.E.M and for replacement parts for a wide range of vehicles. Pinchweld sections with insert metal cages are also excellent for door and trunk lid seals for general purpose .

GLASS RUN CHANNEL
We also have both general purpose section of glass run channel and specify shape for each model. The woolen are carefully sprayed with modern continuous multi functional equipment and moulded joint are exactly match with original part. For general purpose section of glass run channel ,we have more than 50 section profile for customer and also we can develop section with customer require.

BELT WEATHERSTRIP
Both belt weatherstrip outer and inner are produced in original style (with clips or U-section) can easily attach to specify vehicles door. And clearly wipe out dirt and water not to go inside the door.The woolen are carefully sprayed with modern continuous multi functional equipment.
INNER FENDER LINER
We use plastic Vacuum Thermoforming process that can reduce customer cost and time with high quality products. Every mould have jig fixture to correct every pierce and QC by assembly with original car to ensure that fender liner is perfectly fitted.

ENGINE UNDER COVER
The Engine under cover produced from plastic sheet with maximum thickness and the toughness to protect the engine from pebble and mud when the products in use. With Vacuum Thermoforming process can save customer cost and every mould have jig fixture to correct every pierce like inner fender liner.
